Open Arms Senior Resources provides compassionate and personalized assistance to seniors and their families in search of senior housing. We understand the unique needs of each individual and we are here to support you in this important decision. The placement may include independent living, assisted living or memory care communities, or 6 bed board and cares. Once we have the families or loved ones needs, preferences and budget, we provide the family with three community options and then we pass on the information we gathered from the families to the communities and set up a day and time for the family to tour the communities. The communities that are contracted with Open Arms Senior Resources are communities that we have personally toured and feel confident that the community can provide quality care and staffing is sufficient for the needs of a loved one. The communities are responsible for their own assessment and may accept or decline the senior. We do not endorse or recommend any one community; we provide resources and will always provide three options. Our service is free to families/seniors as the contracted communities pay a fee to Open Arms Senior Resources if the senior decides to move in.

At Open Arms Senior Resources, we are committed to easing the process of finding the right senior housing for your loved one. Our experience team provides guidance and support ensuring that you make a well-informed decision during this transition. Open Arms Senior Resources also wants to be a resource place for families or seniors. If someone is looking for a home care agency but doesn’t know which one to choose or the right questions to ask, we can assist them with that. Our resources can include home care agencies, hospice companies, home health companies, a lawyer if someone needs to establish power of attorney, funeral homes, and skilled nursing facilities; this list will grow as we meet new resources. We want to help veterans fill out their aid and attendance paperwork so they can obtain additional income that can go towards their care needs. We want to be a resource to our low-income seniors and help them navigate the process for assisted living waiver communities, 55 and older apartments and services that can get them to the doctors and back. On the Resource part of the business this is a service we provide for free.
